Request account deletion

Lockdown Gaming Inc. is the developer of Prison Struggle: Idle. You can ask us to permanently delete your Prison Struggle: Idleaccount and the personal data associated with it at any time. Here's how it works.

    Email us from your account address

    Send a deletion request to hello@lockdowngaming.io. The request must come from the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership before deleting anything.

    Use the subject line "Account deletion request"

    This helps us route your message quickly. In the body, let us know your in-game name or player ID if you have it handy — it speeds up the lookup, but it isn't required.

    We verify and confirm

    We'll confirm the request came from your account's email and reply to let you know it's in progress. If we can't verify the sender, we'll ask for additional details before proceeding.

    Your data is deleted

    Once verified, we permanently delete your account and the personal data tied to it. This action is irreversible — your progress, crew, and purchases cannot be restored afterward.

Response time

We aim to action verified deletion requests as quickly as we can, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming your request. If anything will take longer, we'll let you know by email.

Data that is deleted

When your request is completed, we permanently delete the following from our live systems:

  • Your account and login credentials (email address, account ID)
  • Game progress and player profile — crew, inventory, currency, stats, and level
  • Device identifiers and push-notification tokens
  • Support correspondence and any other personal data tied to your account

Data that is kept (and for how long)

A limited amount of data may be retained after deletion where we are legally required to keep it or need it to protect our service:

  • Purchase and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Fraud, security, and abuse records — retained for up to 12 months to prevent abuse and enforce our terms.
  • Anonymized or aggregated data — data that can no longer identify you (for example, aggregate gameplay analytics) may be kept indefinitely.

Backups are purged on a rolling cycle, so residual copies in encrypted backups are fully removed within 90 days of deletion.
